Description
OF-3004 is a novel rubber-metal heat curing adhesive, well cooperating  with a variety of NR and SR, easy to operate, simple process. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in methanol.

Applications:
OF-3004 is a polyfunctional compound containing mercapto groups. 
In the direct curing adhesion process of rubber- metal, it reacts respectively with the metal and rubber, forms a reinforcing layer at the interface, so as to achieve good adhesive result. OF-3004 is effective for nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, PVC rubber etc. Reference dosage 2-5 phr. 
In addition, good synergy can be achieved if OF-3004 is used together with  OF-268 (N, N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide). The reference dosage is 1-3 phr.

Package and Storage
In paper/plastic combined sack with inner film bag, 20 kg net each. Store indoor, drying and ventilating.
