Description

 
OF-203 resin is a thermoplastic alkyl-phenolic resin, 
equivalent to similar foreign products of SP1068．It has good compatibility with rubber and good tack  retention. 
It can improve aging resistance and chemical stability without effecting on physical and chemical properties of sulfurized rubber．
OF-203 resin is granular, for convenient batching and easy dispersing. It is soluble in solvent．

Application 
The OF-203 is an effective tackifier of NR and several SR, widely used for tire, conveyor belt etc. 
Especially it can increase the rubber glutinosity for radial tire. It improves molding quality as well as
 the entire product properties to achieve ideal designed results. The reference dosage is 2~5 phr. 
 

Package and Storage

 
In paper/plastic combined sack with inner film bag, 25 kg net each. Keep in indoor, drying and ventilating.
